Confession... these salad rolls have become a full-blown obsession. 😏 Every time we're heading down Island, we make one stop. Tucked beside the Denman Island ferry terminal in Fanny Bay, just below the gas station, is the Fanny Bay Oyster Seafood Shop. The first time we stopped, Troy said, "You've got to try these shrimp salad rolls." He wasn't wrong. One bite... and I was hooked. Now it's become our tradition.
