🥗 Coastal Eats: The Salad Rolls Worth the Detour

Confession... these salad rolls have become a full-blown obsession. 😏
Every time we're heading down Island, we make one stop.
Tucked beside the Denman Island ferry terminal in Fanny Bay, just below the gas station, is the Fanny Bay Oyster Seafood Shop.
The first time we stopped, Troy said, "You've got to try these shrimp salad rolls."
He wasn't wrong.
One bite... and I was hooked.
Now it's become our tradition. If we're driving that way, we're stopping. End of discussion. 😂
They're packed with juicy shrimp, crunchy veggies, fresh herbs, sweet peppers, and a creamy peanut dipping sauce that somehow makes them even better.
They're so good, I told my dad about them... and now he stops there too.
Some places become part of your route.
This one becomes the reason for the route.
